Getting to the H.E.A.R.T. of Fathers Training
Getting to the H.E.A.R.T. of Fathers is a research-based curriculum covering the 5 core principles of Furthering Fathering, which are honor, encouragement, accountability, reconciliation and training. These 8 sessions will equip every male/dad with information, affirmation and confirmation to grow on. You will communicate more clearly your love toward your child and become more mindful of your impact on your future generations and legacy. Your fatherhood journey will change for the better, equipping you with tools to positively impact the relationship with your child, other dads in your sphere of influence as well as your community.
Curriculum Includes:
1 Facilitator's Manual with step by step instructions on how to facilitate each session along with pre and post surveys
1 Facilitator Fill-In Workbook with all the answers to easily guide conversation and engagement
15 Workbooks given to each father to help them walk through every principle to include engagement and a practical approach to apply in everyday living.
Receive 1 year of technical assistance through quarterly scheduled meetings.
