Getting to the H.E.A.R.T. of Fathers is a multi-session online or in-person facilitated fatherhood enhancement training program. It is designed to unlock, reveal, empower and maximize anyone’s qualitative potential but is focused intentionally on enhancing the fatherhood experience of any father, grandfather or even potential father, realizing the guarded nature of men. The research-based curriculum, Getting to the H.E.A.R.T. of Fathers 5 Core Principles Workbook introduces the 5 core principles of Furthering Fathering and makes them practical. The principles, which form the acronym H.E.A.R.T. are:

Every leadership and servant position that man holds, whether he has children or not, if done well, is ultimately a multigenerational fatherhood position! Why? The FATHER is the ultimate leader and every man is made in HIS image and likeness. The strength and legacy of ministry is in the H.E.A.R.T. of the men being trained to train and mentored to mentor. When ministering to the fatherly heart in the man a blueprint is given to lead their families and to look over the fence and within the community to train, lead, empower, disciple and mentor.

These five foundational principles will equip any receptive male/dad with the necessary information, affirmation and confirmation to personally grow on and build legacy on.
